Sir Robert, and Lady Stout celebrated their go’kfen wedding at Wellington yesterday. The local postmaster (Mr Newton) and family are 'at present spending a holiday in the Hawke’s Bay district. During his absence, Mr L. Bullard is acting postmaster. Captain and Mrs Stone, in charge of the local Salvation Army Corps, have received notification of their transfer to Carterton. They will be succeeded bv Lieut. Sanson, of Levin. ’ ■ -'W? The wedding took place at Hastings Anglean Church on. the 23rd iust., of Ross A. Stevenson, son of Mr and Mrs J. .T. Stevenson., late of Foxton, and Miss Pauline Grigg. After the ceremony, a reception was held at the residence of the bride’s parents. Mr and Mrs StevensonMf spent their honeymoon in "Foxton.
