Sisal market easier, value DecemberFebruary shipments No. 1 Tanganyika £43 ss; Kenya £43. Sisal tow scarce, and market firm; first, grade quoted at £33. New Zealand highpoints still not in demand, hut fair inquiry for lower grades; Deeem-ber-February shipments quoted high-points £3B 10s and fair £36 ss.
