From any officered station on North Island Main Line and Branches, to i any station on South Island Main Line and Branches, including Picton section. Tickets may be purchased aiid reservations made 14 days in advance of date of travel. The journey must be commenced on or before January 3rd, and may be broken after travelling 25 miles from original starting station. EXTRA EXPRESS TRAINS. On 20th, 21st, 22iul, 23rd and 24th December, and Ist, 3rd and 4th January: Leave Wellington 3.3 G p.m., Palmerston North 0.45 p.m. Arrive Auckland' 7.49 n.m. next. day. On 23rd and 24th December, leave Wellington 8.30 p.m., P' 1merston North 11.45 p.m., arrive Auckland 1.21 p.m. next day. On 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 27th December, 2nd and 3rd January, leave Auckland 8.40 p.m., Palmerston North 10.42 a.m. next day, Wellington arrive 2.20 p.m. On 25th December, leave Auckland 7.45 p.m., Palmerston North 9.30 a.m. next day, Wellington arrive 12.38 p.m. Usual 7.55 a.m. Wellington-Auck-land Limited Express train will not leave Wellington on :Christmas Day.
