LEVIN’S SHOPPING WEEK.

HUNDRED FREE GIFTS TO BE DISTRIBUTED. Over fifty Levin business firms have co-operated in the organisation of a Shopping Week to commence on Saturday, December 4th, and continue till Saturday. December 11th, both inclusive. During this period special displays will be made by all the Levin businesses and trade will be encouraged by several interesting attractions. The main attraction, however, is a free offer of! 100 valuable gifts to local residents and visitors. These gifts are all of a substantial nature and will be displayed in the windows of the firms participating. Exact details of the method of securing the gifts are contained in an explanatory folder, 3,000 copies of which have been circulated through the Post Office to every householder in the area from Foxton to Paekakariki. Any householder failing to receive a folder on or before Saturday is invited to apply for one as directed in the advertisement! in this issue.
