Mails for Australian States per Maunganui at Auckland, will close at Foxton on Thursday, 25th November, at 12.45 p.m. Correspondence must be specially addressed “per Mauugauui.” ■ The s.s. Marama, from Sydney, is due to arrive in Wellington to-day, and is bringing 163 bags of Australian mail, 427 bags from beyond Australia, and 156 parcel receptacles.
