S.M. COURT.
MONTHLY' SITTING. The usual monthly sitting of the local S.M. Court was held in the Courthouse yesterday, before Messrs M. E. Perreau and D. R. Ogilvy, J.’sP. UNREGISTERED MOTOR CYCLE' J. W. R. Reay, for riding an unregistered motor cycle, was fined 5/with costs 15/-. A. H. Marshall, for riding a bicycle on a footpath in the borough, was fined 5/-, with costs 7/-. CIVIL CASES. Judgment was given for plaintiff in the following civil undefended cases: — L. Sim v. C. Aldridge, claim 18/7, costs 8/-; same v. W. Aldridge jnr., £3 6/1, costs £1 3/6; C. Billings v. V. Lumbye, £9 13/3, costs 15/-; same v. J. Allerby 6/-, costs 8/-; same v. A. V. Boyd, £l3 6/-, costs £1 3/-.
