BOWLING.

Snlian’s (Levin) redoubtable rink which defended the Kinneburgli Feathers against 17 challenging rinks, at last went down to Murray, Shannon. On Saturday last a Levin challenging rink proceeded to Shannon to regain the coveted trophy, but were defeated by 28 to 18. The rinks were as follows: — Challengers: Challis, Monk, Sherwood, Brown (skip) 11; Holders: Morgan, Blight, B. Spencer, Murray (skip) 28. Skip Murray says he is looking forward to a challenge from a Foxton rink at an early date.
