DEFAULTING BANK CLERK.

Dunedin, Last Night. William* Alfred Sandman, the bankteller whose case was adjourned yesterday appeared for sentence before Mr Justice Sim this morning, on a charge of the theft of £660 from the Bank of Australasia. The case was further adjourned till Monday next, so as to enable Sandman’s relatives in Christchurch to he communicated with to see if restitution can be made.
