STAGNANT SURFACE WATER.
AT THE SEASIDE.
For the past six weeks surface water has covered the roadway and surrounds the houses at the Sanatorium at the local seaside. A resident informed us this morning that the state of affairs is scandalous and may lead to an epidemic as the water is becoming stagnant unless the Harbour Board takes immediate steps to drain the locality.
