Arriving a I Otaki, the party then went on to Fields, hut on Mount Hector tin. l tra k was very muddy and slippery, with drift snow in parts. On arrival ar the hut it was arranged that Mr Roberts should go to Kailoke next morning, the womenfolk and the hoy to remain in the hut and return to the car on Monday morning. Mr Roberts got through to Kaitoke yesterday, hut the other members failed to put in an appearance at the car. A search party has set out for the hut where it is hoped the ladies have remained.
