Another excellent) opportunity for showing what the Dominion can produce in the way of fat lambs will be afforded at the forthcoming show next month in Palmerston N. The sum. of £59 is allocated for prize money in three classes, which amount, if hard cash counts, should be an inducement to those who have lambs fit for competition to bring them out. Two out of the three lamb classes are to be killed and shipped to London where they are again judged. Entries for all live stock, fleece wool, and ring competitions, close on Saturday, 16th October, and prize schedules may be had on application to the secretary, Box 85, Palmerston North.
