FOXTON RACING CLUB.
HANDSOME CUP PRESENTED TO CLUB. At Thursday night’s • committee meeting of the Foxton Racing Club it was intimated that Mrs AustinJohnston, who is at present in England, had purchased a handsome silver cup, valued at 75 guineas and had presented same to the Foxton Racing Club. The cup will be presented to the winner of the Foxton Cup at the 1927 meeting. Mrs Austin-Johnston.was accorded a hearty vote of thanks for her generous gift.
