CRICKET.
A very interesting game was played on Victoria Park yesterday afternoon. Top scores were registered by Jack and Honour for their respective teams. The turf was very heavy. The scores were as follows:
Blanchette 2, Rankin 2,. Hutchins 8, Walls 0, Ball (Capt.) 5, Honour 18, Morrison 5, Hussey 8, Mounsey 2, Rangi (not out),' 0, E. Bryant 4, total 54.
Billings 6, !. Proctor 0, W. E. Bullard 2, Jack 20, Andrews 10, Westwood (Capt.) 5, Bowden 4, Tongs 11, Wright 3, Mohekey 5, L. King 0, IGraham 0, byes 1, wides 1, total 68.
