THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— Indications are for variable and strong breezes, easterly strong to gale at times. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts. Heavy rain is to be expected with rivers rising. Barometer falling tendency, seas rough, tides moderate.
