The, Oroua Downs Co-operative Dairy Company Ltd. held their annual general meeting in the hall on Monday, 20th inst., the\ majority of shareholders being present. Mr J. F. X. Average test, 3.9; cost of manufacture .76. Total cost to f.0.b., 1.32 d. The retiring directors were Mr F. C. Raikes and Mr R. Gates. Mr Gates did not seek re-election. A ballot was taken of four gentlemen nominated, Mr F. C. Raikes being reelectecY and Mi’ J. Funnell filling the other vacancy. The directors recommended a bonus ot £37 10/- to the staff.
