ARBITRATION COURT NONPARTISAN.
Wellington, Sept. 17,
“This is not a one man Court,” declared Mi- Justice Frazer in the Arbitration Court to-day, after being addressed by counsel as the “one non-partisan member of the Court.” “The two assessors are certainly representative of the opposing interests, but I do not want it to go abroad that the Court consists of but one member. Both sides of the question receive the fullest consideration.”
