PLUNKET SOCIETY.

The monthly meeting of the above Society was held on Monday afternoon. There were present Mesdames F. Robinson (president), Downes, Pearson, Chrvstall, Rimmer, A. Ross, Barron, Trueman, Barr, Baker, Proctor Stevenson, and MeMurray. An apology for absence was received from Mrs Christie.

The Plunket Nurse’s monthly re)ort showed visits to Foxton 4, to iomes 11, adults to office 62, childen 66, new cases 5, letters 6.

An account of 10/- for emulsion was passed for payment.

It was decided that the office settee be repaired, the matter to be left in the hands of the secretary. Mesdames Baker and Proctor were appointed visitors for the month and Mrs A. Ross flower steward. * The proceeds of Mr. I. Corn’s weighing machine amounted to 7/8 and room contributions to 5/10.
