FOXTON DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL

The monthly meeting of the Foxton District High School Committee was held in the secretary’s office last night, and was presided over by Mr. Woods (chairman). There were also present: Messrs. Walton, Hutchins, Also}), and the secretary (Mr. 11. Rangiheuea). Apologies for absence were received from Messrs Hornblow, Boss, Stevenson nnd / Perroau.

Correspondence of a formal nature was road and dealt with. Accounts amounting to £3 were passed for payment. Resolved (Walton-llutohins) to express the committee’s appreciation of Messrs Hartley and son, F., Shortt and S. Davev for assisting with the levelling of the side school grounds.
