CAR OVERTURNS.

While endeavouring to negotiate the corner after crossing the culvert over the main drain on the Whirokino Road, on Saturday afternoon, a motor car overturned and spilled its passengers on the road, fortunately Avithout any serious results to them. The car, hoAvever, Avas more or less damaged by the accident.

A mishap occurred to Mr A. Stev.enson’s car in front of the school, in Park Street, yesterday morning. The back axle broke, but the ear Avas not travelling at any pace and no other damage Avas done.
