CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
SOCIAL EVENING—MONDAY NIGHT.
Members of the local Chamber of Commerce will entertain their lady friends and representatives of the Palmerston North, Mar ton, Levin and Shannon Chambers at a social in Porrean’s rooms on Monday evening next at 8 o’clock. Speeches by visiting and local representatives interspersed with vocal and musical items and refreshments will provide a pleasant social time. Members are reminded that no special invitations will lie issued, but it is expected that all local members will make a point of attending.
