FOXTON AMATEUR CYCLING CLUB.
GOOD ENTRIES FOR. SIX MIL! ROAD RACE -.
The Foxton Amateur Cycling Club has received excellent entries, for the big six miles road race which takes place on Wednesday afternoon next.
The riders have been training hard for the past few weeks and a very keen contest can he confidently' looked forward to.
There will he a one.pride ra cp/fori school hoys, 16 years and under, which will, no doubt, attract a large entry.
Trophies have been kindly donated hv Messrs Christie, Matter, Yeo, Little and Geo. Coley, so there will he at least live prizes for the boys. The public are invited to be present in Main Street at 2.15 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon next. The entries are as follows; — A. Cheiiot, C. Shortt, D. Knott, 1). Satherley, G. Coley, K. Martin. R.
