SWIMMING BATHS CARNIVAL
A shop day will be held by the Citizens’ Committee no Saturday. Donations received with thanks. A dance will be held in the Masonic Hall on Saturday evening by the Citizens’ Committee.
The Sports’ Committee are arranging a concert for Thursday, August 19th. Details will be given later.
dance was held in the Masonic Hall on Saturday night for the Citizens’ Queen candidate. There was a good attendance and an enjoyable time was spent. A Monte Carlo waltz was won by Miss O. Robinson and Mr. J. Huff. During the evening a box of chocolates was drawn for and won by Miss S. Rankin.
