THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day : The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong. There is prospect of fair to cloudy weather; milder, with increasing haze and cloudiness for change after 3(5 to 48 hours. The barometer has a falling tendency. Seas moderate; tides poor.
