“WILD WILD SUSAN.”
Susan’s car and the fire engine pulled up within a few feet of each other in front of the fire. “Why didn’t you get out of the way,” roared the irate fireman. “I was only showing you the way,” sweetly responded Susan, but she found that, sweetness was wasted and — well you’ll laugh at how jhe got out of the scrape and that’s only the first one in “Wild Wild Susan,” (he picture that will provide one hour’s excellent entertainment at the Town Hall oil Wednesday. Bebe Daniels is the star. Supporting films are “Hop to it,” comedy, “Rome,” scenic, and the latest Australian News, Usual prices. Buck Jones, the popular Western star will reappear on Friday and Saturday in “Durand of the Bad Lands,” a colourful, fast moving drama of the great South West, in which hard riding, quick shooting, he men and'captivating heroic girls play important parts. Usual prices will he charged. ♦ ROYAL PICTURES. On Wednesday the great Corinne Griffiths picture, “Classified,” will bo screened. Also another Felix the cat comedy: “On the Farm.” A distinct change from the usual type of motion picture entertainment is offered at the Royal Theatre on Friday in the- Metro-Gold-wyn production, “The Silent Accuser.” The centre of attraction is a new canine actor, Peter the Great, and he lias not been misnamed. There are one or two dog c players known to the screen already, introduced by Chester M. Franklin, the director of “The Silent Accuser,” but their popularity must wane before the coming of Peter.
