ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.

At the management Committee meeting of the Manawatn Football Association, held in Palmerston N. this week, a letter was received from the secretary of the Eoxton Club intimating that they had decided to protest against, the transfer of a member, who was now playing for the R.S.A. eleven, as certain conditions had not been fulfilled. The committee sustained the protest, qnd the secretary of the R.S.A. Club was instructed to write to the player concerned.
