ROYAL PICTURES. Edmund Breese, vvlio plays the role of the wealthy American father in “The Fair Cheat” the hilariously funny comedy-drama coming to the Royal Theatre on Friday is an actor of distinction. He won his laurels on the speaking stage, where he played with some of the greatest actresses of the day. Reginald Denny, who has added success to success in the series of comedy-dramas which have recently been released, is coming to the Royal Theatre again on Saturday in “Where Was T.” Now “Where Was I?” has surpassed any of his former efforts in the field of riotous entertainment and is coming with an unequalled cast of comedians who have been famous as stars in two-reel comedies. “KINGB OF THE TURF.” If you fail to “Kings of the Turf” the big picture attraction at the Town Hall on Friday and Saturday, you are going to miss two of the most thrilling horse races ever thrown on the screen. “Kings of the Turf” is the life story of a purebred filly as told by herself. It was Mike Donovan who presided at her birth, who broke her to halter, who saddled her the first time, and who trained her to fame. This Mike Donovan a comedy role is played by J. Farrel McDonald for ever famous as Corporal Casey in “The Iron Horse.” Included in the equine cast are Mano’war, Morvich, Fair Play, The Finn and Negofol, America’s greatest racehorses. Supporting films are “Big Game Hunting” a Van Bibber comedy and Fox News. For Monday next Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes detective drama “The Hound of the Baskervilles ’ will head a programme of variety.
