Messrs. Levin & Co., Ltd., have received the following cable from their London agents, dated 23id April, 192 G: — “Frozen meat quotations (prices on a “delivered” basis, i.e., including storage charges, cartage, tolls, etc.) Down lambs, 28/42’s, 10id pci lb; best North Island, 28/42’s, 10d per lb; ordinary North Island, 28/42’s, 92d per lb; second quality lambs, 28/42’s, 94d per lb; best North Island wether sheep 48/64’s, (id per lb; best North Island wether sheep, 64/72’s, s|d per lb; oidinary North Island wether sheep, 48/64’s, 52d per lb.; North Island ewes, 48/64’s, 4Jd per lb; North Island ewes, 64/72’s, 3id per lb, New Zealand prime ox beef, 160/220’s 3id per lb. As compared with last week’s quotations, lamb is unchanged, mutton is id per lb cheaper, and beef unchanged. The market for lamb is quiet, but steady.' Mutton is weaker.-
