RESTAURANT PROPRIETORS
CONVICTED,
Te Kuiti, April 13.
In the Magistrate’s Court this morning Norman Lenin. Cole and William Allred Cole, owners of a fish shop and restaurant at Te Kuiti, were charged with keeping a common gaming house. William Cole pleaded guilty. Counsel pleaded that Norman Cole had only acted for his brother. William Cole was fined £SO, in default two months’ imprisonment, and Norman Cole £lO or one month’s imprisonment.
