HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner’s cable, dated Ist instant reads: —Hemp, Manila market, has declined further. “J” grade March-May shipments soldjiown to £3B, but market steadier at the close, and AprilJqne shipments offered at £3B 10s. Sisal market continues dull, MarchMay shipments Tanganyika number one quoted at £43 .10s, Kenya £43. New Zealand neglected and highpoints April-June shipments offered at £37 and fair £34.
