ROYAL PICTURES
“Sy’s the Limit,” the photodrama coming to the Royal theatre on Friday is the screen’s latest novelty. It deals with a topic never before brought before motion pie - ture fans, the United States Air Mail Service, and it is packed to overflowing with - genuine thrills, among them a scene showing aeroplanes crashing to. earth with their' pilots. Nothing more exciting or thrilling lias even been shown on the screen. Bruce Gordon and Charlotte Pierce, two of the most popular of the younger stars, head a carefully selected cast which includes many favourites. Mr. Walter Vernon will again appear with a complete change of programme. The manner in which he was received last night, ensures for him bumper houses during his appearance here on Friday and Saturday.
“Siege,” the Universal-Jewel attraction starring Virginia Valli and Eugene O’Brien will be screened on Saturday.
