CAUSES TROUBLE IN CHINESE ' SHOP.

Auckland, March 22. A drunken woman entered a shop occupied by Chinese fruiterers in Pitt street on Saturday night, and she was ordered out. White men rushed into the shop crying: “Come on boys, this is a yellow den,” and began to throw fruit about. They were joined by other men. The drunken woman in the meantime reeled out of the shop, through a crowd of people. The police arrived, but the' Chinese refused to lay an information. The occupants of the adjoining shops state that the Chinese concerned are clean living people.
