Mr. Nash moved that Wanganui Centre be written to expressing regret at its decision to hold an Easter rink tournament this year, and pointing out that Manawatu had foregone its New Year tournament to suit Wanganui, on the understanding that Wanganui would do likewise at Easter time.

A recommendation was brought forward by Mr. Bartholomew that the Dixon Cup and Tucker Badges competition be continued this season under the rules governing the trophies until one week prior to the Easter tournament, when the then holders will return the cup and badges to the Centre executive. ]\fr Nash gave notice to rescind the following motion passed at last meeting:—“That the Stancell Shield and Banner that is usually the first prize at the New Year tournament, be held by the champion of champion rinks and pairs respectively, this to be at. the pleasure of the centre.”
