HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. - The High Cinmissioneris cable, dated 13th iust., reads:— Manila market dull and unchanged; “J” grade, February-April shipment's, quoted at £45. Output during January 96,000 bales, against 100,000 for samo time last year. Stocks of Manila on hand on 31st January 130,000, against 131,000; Great Britain, 27,000, against 11,000 bales. Sisal market quiet but steady. Small business has been done in No. 1 Kenya at £45. New Zealand market continues quiet, with lower grades in improved request. Common sold at £35; fair offered at £37, February-April shipments. High points not of interest to anyone.
