Mr. Justice Stringer will preside at the criminal session at Hamilton on February 23. lie will then proceed to Westport, where he and Mr. Justice Ostler will preside over the electoral Court, which will sit on March S. to hear the petition of Mr. O'Brien against the return of Mr. Seddon for the Westland electorate.

The same Judges will sit at Christchurch on Mareli 12 to deal with the petition of Mr. McCombs against the election of Mr. Lyons for Lyttelton.
