Public notice is given in this issue by the Manawatu County Council that all rates outstanding on and after the 31st day of January, 192(1, will he sued for.
Trucking dates for the New Zealand Bacon Co. are Monday next, January 25th, at Foxton, and Monday, February Ist, at Shannon between 10 a.m. and 12 noon.
The Commissioner of Taxes draws attention to taxpayers to the notification appearing in to-day’s issue that the due date of payment of the Income-tax is on Monday, the Bth day of February, 1926. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before Ist March, 1926. The demands will be posted from the office of the Commissioner of Taxes on or about 31st January, 1926. Demands must be presented with all payments, and if a demand has not been received the Connnissioner should be communicated with.
