HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable dated the 14th inst., reads: Manila market dull and easier. “J” grade, January-March shipments, now quoted sellers £42 10s Od. Sisal market quiet at quotations. New Zealand market quiet at the close j: sellers quote December-February shipments high points £39 10s Od, fair £36.
