The Government Meteorologist wires' as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for, westerly winds, moderate to strong, freshening, and veering by west to north. Expect warm and humid conditions, misty rain is to he expected. Baiometer has a falling tendency. Seas, considerable tides good.
