CROQUET.
An inter club match between Foxton and Takaro croquet clubs will be played at Terrace End next Thursday. Play commences at 10 o’clock. Members wishing to make the journey are requested to hand in their names to the serctary. The Takaro team is as follows: Mrs Littlejohn 54 bisques; Mrs Longs ta if 7 do; Mrs Usmar 7$ do; Mrs Ferguson S do.; AH’s Flint 8 do.; Mrs McFarlane 84 do. Foxton will be represented by the following: — Mrs Owen 64 bisques; Airs Pearson 7 do.; Airs McMurray 7 do.; Mrs Parkes 84 do.; Airs Bryant 84 do.; Airs Ball 9.4 do.
