THE WEATHER.
The Government: Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for northerly winds, freshening. Expect warm and humid conditions. The weather appears to be cloudy and unsettled with rain following. Barometer has a falling tendency. Seas considerable; tides good, sea increasing.
