POLITICAL.
At Glen Oroua on Friday evening Mr. J. Linklater, M.P., addressed a large and attentive audience. The candidate spoke on the same lines as he did in Foxton and at the close of his speech was unanimously accorded a vote of thanks and confidence, on the motion of Mr. Edmund's.
In the furtherence of his campaign, Mr. J. Linklater, M.P., addressed a well attended meeting of electors at Parewanui on Saturday evening. Mr. K. Dalrymple presided.
The candidate gave a vigorous address on Government policy and at the close of his speech was accorded a vote of thanks and con'fidence on the motion of Mr. Brooky.
