* ALLEGED STOLEN PROPERTY 7 . Auckland, October 12. A voting man who had been arrested on a charge of burglary took detectives to an old tomb in Symonds Street cemetery, where there were found two gramophones and a violin, alleged to have been stolen from the Lyric Talkeries. The vault showed evidence of habitation. In another part of the oemeierv a detective found more properly behind a tombstone. Frederick Oswald Sakey (33 years of age) appeared in the Magistrates Court this morning, and was charged with breaking, and entering, and theft. He was remanded until October 22.
