BOROUGH FINANCE.
TREASURER’S .STATEMENT,
The Borough Treasurer reported as follows at last night’s meeting of the Borough Council: — During the month of September •the sum of £441 9s 5d was received and has been placed to the credit of the following accounts: District Fund a/e £437 Is lid, Cemetery a/e £4 7s 6d. The ledger balances at the 30th September were as follows: —Imprest cash £lO, Sanitation £9B 18s, Town Hall £157 6s 3d, all a debit, a total of £266 4s 3d. The accounts at credit were: — Cemetery %100 17s lid, Drainage Construction Loan £495 10s 9d, Gas Works £293 9s Id, General £165 11s 9d, Hospital arid Charitable Aid £54 17s lid, Interest £l3 9s 7d, Library £B6 12s Od, Reserves £45 16s 6d, Town Hall Pictures £348 Cs 7d, Water and Drainage Loan £lOls 2s lid, Waterworks £228 15s 7d, a total of £2848 10s 7d. * SUMMARY.
