BEACH NOTES
(From our own Correspondent)
A public meeting was Held in the Beach Hall on Wednesday evening for the purpose of forming a Public Library at the Beach. There was a very enthusiastic attendance, over which Mr. Alsop presided. All those present signfied their intention of becoming subscribers. Both financially, and in the large number of books already received, the support accorded the movement is very encouraging. The following officers were elected : Secretary and Librarian: Miss Young. Treasurer: Miss Clover.
