A .Maori, aged 22, suffering from leprosy, has been brought to Wanganui'Hospital from an up-river settlement. The victim has been afflicted for six years and all his toes have now dropped oil. Home anxiety is felt by the authorities that oilier natives at the settlement have been contaminated.
