HIGH COMMISSION Ell’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the Bth instant, reads: Hemp, Manila market dull and lower. “J” grade, August-October shipments quoted at £45 10s value. Output Ist January to 3rd August was r.99,01>0 bales against 923,000 for the same time last year. New Zealand market quiet, value normal and unchanged.
