GAMING ACT.

FINES AFTER WESTPORT RAID. Westport, Last Night. In the Magistrate’s Court to-day a charge against Ralph Hansby, of being the owner of premises used as a common gaming house was dismissed. A. Higgins, charged with being the occupier of premises similarly used, was fined £4O. Two men found on the premises were each fined £2 and the charge against another was dismissed.
