MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.
NOMINATIONS CLOSE TOMORROW. Nominations for Mayor, nine Councillors, two local representatives on the Eoxton Harbour Board, and one local representative on the Horowhenmi Electric Power Board, al! close with the Returning Otlioer at noon to-morrow. As yet, only two nominations have been received for the Council, Messrs E. 0. Martin and E. Woods offering their services. Mr Alex. Ross, representing the I'Yxton borough on the Ilorowhenua Electric Power Board, intends to again seek re-election at the forthcoining poll.
