HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the oth instant, reads:— Manila market dull. J grade, April-June shipments, quoted at £sl sellers. Output from Ist January to 30th Maj-ch was 317,000 hales,, against 419,000 for same period last year. New Zealand negleeted. Nominal values are: April-June shipments high-points £39 10s, fair £37 10s.
