JUDGMENT IN DUNDAS MACKENZIE CASE.
AN APPEAL LODGED. Auckulnd, Afarch .30. All' Justice ITeritinnn, deliverisg judgment in the Duiulns Mackenzie case, decided that Dr. Mackenzie’s name be removed from (he Medical Register of New Zealand. He fixed two years as the time in which lie may apply for re-registration. Counsel for Dr. Mackenzie intimated his intention to appeal.
