HIGH COMMISSIONER’S CABLE. The High Commissioner’s cable received yesterday roadjs as follows : Manila inactive during this week, but closed firmer, with sales of J grade, March-May shipments, £sl 10s. New Zealand market continues quiet, with small business reported afloat and in dock at £39 high-points and £.37 fair, forward position no demand.
